The West region missed its delivery target for the third month in a row; 14% of orders arrived late.
Emre will talk to a second carrier and report back by 30 January.
The Rotterdam warehouse move is on schedule and finishes in March.
Budget for the new carrier trial: EUR 18,000, approved by Ada.
Lena raised that the returns form still asks for a fax number; it will be removed in the next release.
